I Resumed workouts period at the gym on the 28th of November 2016, 5:47pm 'Unintentionally'. Our power transformer was bad, and my phone's battery is never charged to 50%. (tecno camon C8 is a b**ch). So I thought, if I breezed in and out of the gym after 2 hours morning and evening, I could really get to charge my phone. That's how I paid for 2 weeks straight oo, and this is what happened;
I stepped on the treadmill at exactly 6:02pm (of course my phone was plugged on), and the big man of the gym placed me on 30minutes. OK, I thought, it shouldn't be so hard. On the 5th speed and 22nd inclination, I remembered how strong and healthy working out makes me feel, and how amazing my legs are when I walk, with some nice body shape and ability within (some tomboy shii in between), and Damn, how sweating makes me glow. You know what I did? I ran on speed 10 for 10minutes, and walked on speed 6 for 15minutes. I almost stopped because of the pain I felt, and the tweaks on the left side of my abdomen. And when it was 29:50minutes, I felt an air of gratefulness, the capability of my mind gracing my entire body, it completely felt like... Wanting to do more. Of course, 30 minutes made me tired and weak, but deep inside... Strong. The rest of the workouts were beans. I over came laziness with a step. (crunches tho, they did me strong thing)
So, for the next 12 days, I'll show up at the gym house 24 times (morning and night), accepting new challenges. This is where my life kicks off for 2017. New accomplishments.
Just so you know...
There are tiny intentions in every big motive, what keeps you moving, is your mind, and the ability to keep your focus stable. What you do now, stays with you, what you make of it, good or bad, represents you. But what makes you relevant, knowing or unknowingly, are the decisions you make, and how you could drive through the right desires. (my phone still, never gets up to 50%)
